She brings deep expertise in change management, human resources, and organizational development to cultivate values-based leadership, enhance institutional effectiveness, and deliver sustainable, high-impact programs. A respected mentor, coach, and thought leader, she contributes to multiple boards and fellowships across Africa and beyond.
