PHYLISIAH MNENE-MCHENI

A Certified Organizational Leadership & Development Consultant, Design Thinking Practitioner, and Master Trainer with over 15 years of experience supporting private sector, NGOs, and public sector organizations. She brings deep expertise in change management, human resources, and organizational development to cultivate values-based leadership, enhance institutional effectiveness, and deliver sustainable, high-impact programs. A respected mentor, coach, and thought leader, she contributes to multiple boards and fellowships across Africa and beyond.
